Receive Deed Within One Week

You will receive your copy of the Free and Clear Deed within one week4.

  1. If you haven’t already registered, you will be prompted to do so now.
  2. With either option you will be required to pick a monthly due date. If you pick Our Easy Recurring Monthly Bill Option, we will automatically deduct your monthly payments from your debit or credit card.
  3. We need this information to deed the property to you.
  4. This is a copy of the deed we send to the county to be registered.
  5. There is a six dollar per month processing fee that will be added to each payment.

Questions and Answers

How do I know that the property information you give me is correct?

We provide you with all of the available information on each property. This way you can verify everything. We hope you will verify everything.

What happens after I have paid for my property in full?

Within a week of completing payments, you will receive a copy of the deed. This is the deed we send to the county for recording. Depending on the county, it can take between 2 to 4 weeks before they record the deed into your name. Once the deed has been recorded, the property is yours to do with as you please.

Can I use my self-directed retirement account to purchase your tax deed properties?

Absolutely, the current market conditions and bleak real estate outlook for the near future make tax deed properties one of the wisest purchases that you can make with your retirement funds.

What if I don't want to use a Credit or Debit card for my purchase, can I still buy?

Yes. Besides all major credit cards we accept checks, wires transfers, money orders and bank-to-bank transfers. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your purchase.

If I have questions, is there anyone who can help me?

Our normal office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (MST). We also provide additional help after normal business hours and on Saturdays, by request. If you need assistance after hours or on Saturdays please email us with times that work best for you. We will have someone on our staff call you at your requested time.

I have my own real estate company... Can I buy from American Land Grab in Bulk?

Yes. Please contact us for assistance.

Can I use my ALG bucks to pay my monthly payments?

Yes.  You will need to contact our billing department 10 business days before each billing date to request that your ALG Bucks are to be used as a full or partial payment.

Can I use my ALG bucks be used as my down payment?

Yes.  During the checkout process you will be prompted to input the amount of ALG Bucks you would like to use.

Can I use my ALG buck to pay my monthly subscription fees?

No.  I can't give you everything!
